PROVENCAL DINNER PARTY- BROCKVILLE

Chef Ken Harper demonstrated this gourmet menu featuring a flaky, flavourful Tomato Galette with Aioli (garlic); succulent Roasted leg of lamb with herbes de Provence & Garlic; a rich, bold tasting Black Olive & thyme Tapenade; a hearty Ratatouille; and Sauteed Potatoes. Magnifique!!
