COOKING CLASS IN BROCKVILLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON

LAMB & BEEF CHILI WITH OVERABUNDANCE OF VEGETABLES. THE ADDITION OF FENNEL, WHOLE CLOVE, & DRIED JUNIPER BERRIES GAVE THIS "CHILI" A VERY DIFFERENT TASTE. IT WAS WONDERFUL!
HOMEMADE PLANTAIN & SWEET POTATO CHIPS WITH SPICY CRAB DIP. THE CRAB DIP WAS MADE WITH AVOCADO AND LOTS OF GARLIC. VERY YUMMY!

DOUBLEDECKER CARNIVORES PIZZA. STUFFED WITH MARINATED STEAK, FRIED CHICKEN AND CHEESE


YES, I TRIED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE STEAK & YES, I WOKE UP IN THE NIGHT WITH A TUMMY ACHE!!! BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND WORTH IT!!!!
